"My best friend and I went to Dairy Queen to grab something before work. My meal didn’t have any gravy with it. Hers didn’t come with toast or ranch. They forgot our drinks, and our ice cream. I sat in the drive through for 35 minutes just for them to forgot everything. But the workers can dance around in the back while I’m still waiting on my drinks, Kinda aggravated."
"Rough night for the DQ team but they did everything the could to keep the customers happy.. The lady taking the order really struggled she ended up changing us for two extra French fries we didn't order but when we talk to them about it they quickly refunded our money and corrected it with a sorry coupon. Then when we went back up for our it cream the machine broke they tried and tried to fix it we ended up getting a dilly bar. They were all exceptionally friendly and doing there best to still make happy customers."
