"3 different mail carriers but we consistently get turn off notices for our bills but only months later do we if 'we do' so they shuffle the blame and nothings done. Will be contacting my congressmen about possible actions and how to find out the post master is for Keokuk and how to complain to reduce or remove any holiday bonuses for the 2021 billable year."

"I'm a bit clueless when it comes to mailing things, especially if it's international but everytime I ship something to China or need help figuring out how to send 1 day shipping and give the other people 1 day shipping prepaid back to my address, they do it right. The workers here have always been friendly to me and I've even seen them be friendly to rude customers. I've also had problems with mail coming to me (Chicago USPS system's fault) but the people here in Keokuk were able to help me understand the situation and even personally deliver my mail to me after-hours because I was concerned about my package. I wish the employees would care more about COVID-19 precautions but I gotta give 5 stars still just because the customer service is so great."

"My mailman likes to “forget” to deliver our mail/packages all the time. We have caught him doing this more than once we confront him then he says “oh I didn’t know” you people want more money but yet some of you are not worth a penny. I want my mail/packages and I want my old mail lady back, she actually did her job!"

"Dear Keokuk Postal Service, I would suggest putting up, "No we will not tape your packages" signs, or make sure that all of your workers are clear with directions. Today I asked a postal worker if she could tape the package I had to return to a company since I was out of town. Instead of politely saying, "Please buy your tape over there as we can't afford to use our tape on your personal packages," she said in a degrading tone: "I'm not supposed to do this, but I'll do it this once, but from now on you have to tape YOUR packages yourself." Later, she sang, "It's your responsibility!" I'm sorry that I look younger than in my twenties, but I should not be degraded because of my age and used as an example for other Keokuk residents who apparently ask for their packages taped frequently. There was a better way to talk to me, and certainly a more professional way rather than being passive aggressive, epecially when I am a high paying customer due to the amount of letters I send often at post offices. If you want good customers, treat them with respect, even when they ask for tape."
