"I have been seeing Mandy for probably close to 2 yrs now. Started with her for help with weight loss and after losing about 30 or maybe more lbs. I brought my husband on board to see her as well. She is ABSOLUTELY THE BEST health care provider either of us have EVER had, she LISTENS, she provides great feedback and advice, she CARES, like REALLY cares and makes you feel validated and justified in whatever your issues or concerns are. She’s in this profession bc she’s gifted in her kindness and genuine love for people and helping them. She is a Christian, which we love and she will pray for you or with you if you ask her to. We can feel comfortable talking about God with her and that’s special. She was fantastic when we both got C-vid and got us all the scripts that got us well fast. She also did the same for my elderly parents which I truly believe saved them from what could have been much worse. And then more recently my son got C-vid for the 2nd time and he lives in the Ft. Worth area and she treated him Thru telemedicine. I can’t tell you how much we LOVE and appreciate her and all she has done for our family! She is no longer just our healthcare provider but we have grown so close that she is family! She is our primary healthcare provider now and we wouldn’t go anywhere else. I can not say enough great things about her and her staff!! Mandy, we adore YOU and you keep doing what you do best!! Providing the best healthcare in Midland! Our community is fortunate to have you!!"

"I followed Mandy for my daughter, and was happy when she started seeing the whole family. At first it was great, she always got us in real quick, the price wasn’t too bad for a cash pay since she didn’t take our insurance. She was very attentive. Then I noticed she started changing staff every visit I went to, and that’s when I started having billing issues. Every visit they had a different story. Then the wait times started getting longer, which I get yeah but not when there’s no one else in the lobby. I finally had enough my last visit about two months ago now, I went in on a Friday about 30mins early. NO ONE WAS THERE IN THE LOBBY, I waited about 45 mins there before they called me back. This ignorant MA she has there, that I’ve had trouble with before finally decided to get up from checking her phone to take me back. Then I got roomed and waited and waited. When I finally got up to walk out I had been there for 2 Hours! Never got seen, I told the same MA that it was ridiculous and far too long, nun of them addressed it they just looked dumbfounded and I still have yet to hear from the clinic with an apology. I work at a family clinic myself, we don’t let our patients wait more than 5 mins in the lobby. This place has really gone downhill, I switched providers and have been telling everyone I referred to follow too."
