"Was sent to this ER because the PCP was under the impression they had an MRI. Nope! Just a CT. They treated my husband for diverticulitis and sent us home with a prescription. No follow-up referral. Yesterday received bill for full amount of visit because the facility did not send the insurance information we gave them! Why ask for it when you fail to send it?"

"No wonder this place is so deserted.. The doctor Rabidean was having so much attitude. He started lecturing me that symptoms will last many days. I went there as PCP asked me to go… he was lecturing that i was prescribed powerful antibiotic so that should take care. Later the test results indicated flu so he said no antibiotic and i should take Tamiflu.. terrible experience.there was a single patient othet than me. So the attitude and rudeness were not acceptable"

"I was so disappointed with my visit there today. The place was empty except for the obviously miserable staff. I felt like I was burdening them by being there. It was only for a rash but I had a serious cardiac surgery less than a week ago so I wanted it be checked out as it is spreading quickly. Dr. Clarke could not have cared less. He didn’t even really look at it. Did he ask about my extremely elevated blood pressure? Nope. I was excited when this place was built near my house but I will drive further if emergency or urgent care is needed in the future."

"Edit: We received our bill for my fiance's CT scan which, to no surprise, is matching the highest rates charged for this service in Texas. Trust the reviews. Just go to CP Regional Medical Center if you can make the trip. My fiance and I recently visited this standalone location as she was experiencing some intensifying pain in her LRQ. At first we were told that it was likely to be kidney stones which was believable as she had stones once in the past. After some tests and scans it became more certain that it was actually appendicitis. This required surgery and couldn't be performed at the location. No worries. The 3 star review I'm giving is in relation to one RN that interacted with my fiance during our visit. While the doctor was completely professional and informative throughout the entire process, the RN was not. Not only did they administer both a strong narcotic and antibiotic within minutes of each other (to which she had a reaction to one - but now she has to be marked as allergic for both because there's no safe way of telling), but this RN was completely unprofessional and made no attempt at showing empathy for the pain my fiance was in. When asked what my finances current pain level was on a scale of 1-10, she answered 4. They then proceeded to give her Dilaudid, commenting "okay well this is the strongest narcotic we have," and injecting that into her IV line without much explanation as to what they were giving her, it's effects, and why. Even the staff at the hospital we were transferred to made comments on how unprofessional this was."

"Bad experience, went with severe pain that was an infection. Could barely walk, yet they did not seem to care. Prescribed the wrong antibiotics which had me going to a different ER again after a few days. Due to the severity, it caused complications resulting in me continuing to fight the infection 4 weeks later. If I had received an IV of the correct antibiotics initially, I probably still wouldn't be sick."
