"I had an incredible experience here. After trying to get into Carenow on 183A with a wait time of approximately 4 - 5 hours (even with online check-in). I decided to find another place. I found it! I got right in. The staff was awesome from check-in to treatment. The physician was great, gave me treatment options and discussed the pro's and con's of each. Big Thank you to the staff!"

"I had an excellent experience. I booked an appointment online and was promptly seated in the exam room a few minutes before my time. The tech came in and took my vitals - was friendly and made me feel comfortable. The provider was there a few minutes after, with the results of the tests that were run, with a few options for alleviating my issues. I was in and out in 20 minutes. Thank you to the great staff here."

"Needed to go to the urgent care on Christmas Eve and discovered the nearest 4 urgent cares to me were closed (understandable of course). Next Level Urgent Care was open, and when I called the very nice guy on the phone was able to set me up with a same day appointment. I showed up on time and to my surprise everything was digital (big plus for me). I was able to do all my new patient forms on my iPad. Lydia (NP) took great care of me. She knew exactly what the problem was, was able to help me right away, and went above and beyond to make sure pharmacies were open on Christmas even so I could get the meds I needed. This was honestly the best urgent care experience I have had in as long as I can remember. Better experience overall than my primary healthcare."
