From the moment I walked into the office, I immediately felt welcome through the warmth of the front staff all the way to the end of my procedure. The staff had the utmost professionalism whilst getting me prepped and checked in by maintaining both efficiency and friendliness! I generally have high anxiety when it comes to dentist visits, but Dr. Roo was able to address all the concerns I had and we were able to complete my procedure quickly and painlessly. He was one of the most gentle dentists I’ve experienced and would recommend Pinetree Dental to all my family and loved ones! Thank you everybody at Pinetree!"

"I highly recommend Dr. Roo and his staff. They are all super friendly and kind. I’m super nervous when it comes to dental work. Everyone made me feel comfortable and at ease. The procedure was explained in detail and was over quickly. I had been to four Dentists to try to resolve my cracked tooth. None of them wanted to do the procedures offered, they all wanted to send me to expensive specialists which was not needed. I’m so glad I received a mailer for Pinetree Dental. I gave them a call and got in right away. Since I was going out of the Country for a pre- planned vacation, Dr. Roo offered to temporarily fix my tooth so it wouldn’t get worse while I was away. None of the other Dentists had offered to do this. This saved me from getting an infection and pain. I look forward to becoming an established patient of Pinetree Dental."

I also liked that they explain all the charges up front after insurance coverage, so you’re not blindsided. "I needed a new dentist and took a chance being one of their first patients on their first day open because it was a Saturday and the reviews of the dentist were good. I am so happy I did! Everyone that worked there was so nice. The dr was attentive, gentle and did a great job explaining everything. I felt like they genuinely cared about me and my health. They did not try to sell me on some big treatment plan I did not need and the pricing for what I went in for was very reasonable. I cannot say enough about the overall positive experience I had. I am so happy to have a new dentist that I am not nervous to have an appointment with."

"I broke my wisdom tooth on Christmas morning. I frantically called every dentist I could find. Nobody answered until I called Dr. Roo. He took time away from his family and drove nearly two hours to come back to the office so he could see me. He made sure I was comfortable every step of the way and took the time to explain what he was going to do and what I should expect. Once it was time to remove my tooth, he removed it in less than two minutes completely pain free. He made sure to send me with everything I might need (Every pharmacy was closed) He recommended other services but was not pushy. What a great experience!!! Also his staff was excellent. Both their names are Sarah. What a wonderful team. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! I’ll definitely be coming back for all my dental needs."
