"Avoid this place. Went in for annual physical and labs, just like the previous 5 years, then get hit with a huge bill for a bunch of tests that were not discussed with me and not covered by insurance. Tried to explain to billing that I did not authorize any of those and was told they don't have to get authorization and patient is responsible no matter what. Nice job BSW. Lost our entire family after 10 years."

"Kaitlin Castillo, PT, and the BSW OP - Leander Team have done a fantastic job on my recovery from knee surgery. They customized a recovery plan specific to my needs and were thoughtful, flexible, and provided clarity before and during the journey. The lack of sizeable visible signage makes it hard to find because it is tucked off the road between the Hill Country Feed and Supply and Brake Check. However the location was extremely close to my home which made it more convenient for me in Leander."

"I recently was sent by my neurosurgeon to Baylor Scott and White Physical Therapy in Leander TX for problems I have had for tears with pain in my neck. Sounds like the beginning of a joke, but it was not. It effected my fingers and my dexterity as well as giving me problems with everyday things like driving. I am so thankful for the sweet ladies at BS&W who were gracious to me and helped me with my new patient processes. I was very grateful for the outcome of the visit. My Therapist asked me all kinds of questions about my pain and movement. Then she taught me 4 simple exercises to do several times a day. I did them and by my next visit I could tell an improvement. I was so happy on my next visit that they remembered me and were very courteous, plus they were not over booked. I only had to about a minute before my therapist came for me. She guided me in my exercises and added a few more. I greatly appreciate and recommend this Physical Therapy office of Baylor Scott and White to anyone who needs physical therapy!"

She gave me exercises to do at home that are doable yet give me a good workout. "Tim and his colleagues are amazingly friendly, helpful, and so professional. Tim has treated my husband several times, but this is my first one-on-one experience with him. I understand now why my husband insisted that I see him and why he raves so much about him.
