"The North Star team went above and beyond to work with my insurance company to get them to stop screwing around and denying our coverage of an MRI. They also set in writing they will write off the whole MRI if insurance doesn't end up covering it. We were incredibly thankful and shocked at the lengths they went to to get us the care we needed. In addition the process was extremely fast and easy. Great job guys!"

"Scheduling and the MRI were great. However, my MRI technician had a mask on and was coughing. I should have rescheduled my appointment then, but I figured that the tech would not be working if he has COVID. Two days later, I tested positive for COVID. In my opinion, this person should not have been working while having COVID. I am reasonably confident that this is how I was exposed because I only had interaction with a few other people in this time range, and none of them were coughing."

"I was informed by tech how long the MRI should take and what to expect during the MRI. This was very helpful as I was not given this info by another MRI company and it caused me some PTSD since I'm not a person who handles small spaces well."

"Best medical experience I’ve had in awhile. I had a MRI done a couple of weeks ago and the receptionist was a delight to talk to; she was nice and pleasant and took the time to explain things. The actual procedure went smoothly for an MRI, with tech explaining things as he went and leaving room for questions. There was music playing in my earmuffs as I went in the hole and although I couldn’t really hear it because of the knocking noises, it was expected. I called NS today but had to hold and didn’t want to leave a message...a couple of hours later, they called back stating they missed a call and asked how they could help- best customer service I’ve seen in a while as well!"

"Scheduling and the actual MRI was great. But I was told beforehand that my insurance was covering 100% of the MRI and was again reassured the day of that I would not owe anything. However, weeks later I get slapped with a $640 bill. $500 of that was my deductible and the rest was a co-pay. I understand my deductible but I should have been advised about this beforehand by the girl who checked with my insurance company. Instead of being told that I wouldn’t owe anything. I’ve been to multiple other imaging places throughout the years and this is a first. Very disappointed."
