"Terrible company and horrible customer service! Slow, not responsive. This company was assigned by my home warranty and I would never recommend them. They have made two appointments and no showed both times! It is very disrespectful and unprofessional to schedule a time and then never show. No apology, no explanation. Waste of time. Do not use!"
