"Not our cup of tea, I suppose. Pulled pork was okay but when you order the plate you have to pay 50 cents extra for a bun. Really? Spinach was so dry you could hardly eat it (and we didn't), French fries were shriveled pieces and not appealing at all. No name brand soft drinks, just things we have never heard of. We won't be back."

"Dropped in for dinner with the family. Food was delicious but food delivery was slow and wrong. Ordered four different plates; took approximately five minutes to receive the last one. On the third plate delivery, they asked what my order was. Told them what I ordered and I waited another couple of minutes for my order to come out. Had the wrong side in it; the regular potato salad instead of the deviled-egg potato salad. Service very disappointing."

"This experience was from their famous Food Truck! The meal served was to notch! Came with the best mac-n-cheese side. This was a activity with about 85 young adults were served. Server was professional and just the best you could ask for, the food was equally as good. Everyone that I talked with after thought that this was one of the best activities and dinner we have had from across the St Louis area."

"I visited one of the chain stores about 4 years ago. I was so impressed with the food the first time we visited. The second time will probably be my last. While the service was great, the food was very much so lacking. The first issue was that I found a long strand of hair on a fry. The funny thing is that I seen a sign on the window that encouraged people with long hair to apply. I'm not sure about that part at all. The sides I ordered were not terrible, yet the mac and cheese was disappointing in that it tasted like a commercial grade Mac and cheese. I typically visit Salt and Smoke when in STL, which has AMAZING Mac and cheese, so I suppose I just expected a better Mac dish. The biggest issue, aside from the hair in the fries, would be the portion size of meat we received on our brisket sandwiches. Really felt more like a bread sandwich. The 4 pieces of brisket were delicious. It just wasn't enough to call a meal. I'm really mixed about this one. Great service, poor portion size, and ditch the hair on the side."

"Almost gave it a 4, but the service was extraordinary and the cleanliness was great. We just had a couple poor side choices and I’m rounding up to 5. The handwritten signs on the entrance and exit doors are a little strange, since they’ve been open a couple weeks now. But the whole vibe inside was solid. Very similar to the other Sugarfire locations I’ve been to. We were welcomed at the counter by a big smile and felt appreciated immediately. The fancy digital menu board has a lot going on, so don’t be afraid to step to the side and take it all in. The salmon is great, according to my wife, and I enjoyed the ribs and pulled pork. The fries were a bit extra crispy, in case you like em like that. The Mac and cheese was a little salty. The bbq spaghetti was something I had never tried and definitely enjoyed it. The green beans, sadly, were bitter and sour- can’t even explain the flavor they had (very odd). All of the meat was tender, appropriately cooked and tasty, again similar to other locations. I’ll keep my eyes on the menu for fun specials and will surely be back."
