"Had my screen repaired, they didn’t advise me to not get it fixed because my phone was dented. This cause my screen to break again and when I went in to tell them they said “ what do you want us to do about it”. Exact words. She said I should have made the decision to get it fixed. I told her I’m not an expert and if they don’t know what they are doing they shouldn’t be doing it. They didn’t help at all. If they would have told me my screen was unfixable I would’ve purchased a new phone. Possibly a used one from them"
