Prices are subject to change and tax is additional. Monthly accommodation rentals require a deposit, and electricity is charged at 7 cents per KHW for monthly rentals. "I stopped by this location for work. I did talk to the park manager and the park itself seemed to be very clean and very well maintained if I was going to stay in Arvie park. This probably be the one I would stay at"
"With all the places we’ve stay I would come back to Fallbrook… It’s gated, grounds are well kept, staff are wonderful and helpful… The only bad experience we had was another camper stold our propane tank that we had refilled… the staff called them to bring it back and they know they stold the tank and stated they would bring it back… not the parks problem just other camper taking advantage… we stayed here for 2 months, coming in late December 2023… The park offers 24 hour laundry, popcorn, coffee, hot chocolate and vending machine for that late night craving… nice pool and hot tub on site as well… I highly recommend this park, oh and you can receive packages at this facility. The park is quiet however there is A lot of road traffic and sirens which is to be expected when you’re in a city environment."
"I stayed at this resort in 2020 and I met some amazing people there, the managers Cameron and Rachel were both friendly and welcoming. Even the housekeeping was very friendly! Cameron really keeps the place looking amazing, you can tell that he has a passion for what he does there at the resort! I even came back to this resort in 2023, Cameron and Rachel once again open their arms to me, and made me feel as family. They welcomed me with a smile and we always good conversations. There was always fresh coffee, different flavors of popcorn daily and a clean environment. The pool was always clean, the restrooms were always clean. I felt very safe both times being at this resort. I have and will I always recommend this resort to others!"
