"This hotel was 6 min from Frankford and Preston. I was displaced because of. a flood in my apartment. I stayed here for 7 nights. All hotel staff were kind and friendly. Daily breakfast and on occasion a evening reception. Rooms are nice! The elevators and paint may need a touch-up."

"This hotel has roaches and the service sucks. I saw my first roach on my second night when I opened the silverware drawer and it scurried back behind the drawer. Then not five minutes later I saw another in the bathroom sink. Then the next night while I was sitting on the toilet, one went from the toilet room to the rest of the bathroom. I got a picture of that one. They are called German cockroaches. The only reason why I didn't switch rooms is because I didn't want to pack all my stuff up, just to get another room with roaches and if you see one roach, there are going to be a bunch. I was also only there for six hours at night. Then I wanted to get my room serviced and I went to the front desk to tell them to service my room. The night auditor told me she got me on the list and would get me taken care of. Only to come back and my room not even be touched. I don't understand how it's so hard to just get in the room. Super dirty room with someone's fingernails in the carpet and stains on all the towels. Please don't stay here until they get new management and clean up their hotel. Disgusting and they should be ashamed."

"This hotel is in dire need of a remodel. The hallways are dark. My room had a faulty A/C that no one could seem to fix. We had a call for housekeeping to come one day, and they did make up the bed, but I don't know if they were clean sheets. We left the dirty towels on the floor and in return we were left one bath towel. There were two of us staying in the room. They left us no extra toilet paper. As a diamond member, we expected better service."

"Okay so the lobby area looks great right along with the outside of the building. Once you step foot around the corner to the rooms there’s a smell. There is literally only one elevator, the rooms smell like complete pets! Very disgusting. We didn’t have many towels when we first got here so we called the front and asked for some extras. The guy that was at the front(Chris) told us there was no more towels. lol umm okay … but anyways Xaiver however you spell his name was a GREAT HELP! He definitely looked out !!"

"Property is very well kept - clean and staff (especially the gentleman who works at night) is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and I love the kitchenette . The breakfast was pretty good , hot and offered a nice variety. The pool is clean and well kept. Location is perfect and in a very nice area . My only issue is one of the elevators- it made and awful sound as it stopped on floors and gave the feeling that you may get stuck on it- of course that never happened but it was sketchy and needs servicing. Other than that it was a great experience and my family and I would stay here again!"
