"On Chase website, it said they have a King bed or Double Queen for a more expensive price. Booked and 30m later when i check-in they have neither. I got a single Queen Bed. Talked to front desk they said its Third-party 's fault. Had a long call with Chase. Chase talked to them and they gave me only 20% discount Someone is scamming here, either Chase or this hotel"
"Very basic hotel. No coffee makers in the rooms. Complimentary coffee only provided at breakfast. They have the most basic breakfast I have ever seen. Oatmeal, Muffins, or granola bar, that’s it. Customer service is not good at all. Room is small. Queen bed was small. Treadmill in gym didn’t work properly. Would not recommend staying here. Find a better hotel in the area."
"The room was ok, but I don't think it had ever been mopped. Both my kids had black feet. Also, it smelled like cigarettes. We had to buy air fresheners at Walmart just to be able to sleep soundly. The bed was clean. The kitchen was ok. Service was great."
"Only spent two and a half weeks at location but had a great experience. Room was clean, had everything we wanted. They gave us dish and cookware at no additional cost. Overall solid experience with the location would highly recommend."
