"Dr. Montero is highly intelligent, compassionate, and patient. You won't sit for an extended period of time waiting to be seen. She doesn't display the usual elitist attitude that you run across in the medical field."

"My husband’s cousin, who is deaf, went to this facility to have a letter completed for jury duty. The staff person helping her would not remove her mask so she could read her lips when giving instructions. The staff person would not allow our cousin’s aunt to take off her mask so our cousin could read her lips to be able to follow the instructions. Where is the compassion? Our cousin reads lips. She cannot hear = she is deaf. (She doesn’t let anything slow her down!) I completely understand about pre-cautionary measures but your staff should have handled the situation better, much better. You should be ashamed!"

"I have been going here for almost two years now . The only thing the doctor has done is send me for blood work 3 times and give me prescription.I think he has checked my eyes, ears and throat. twice. Most of the time I am there is waiting to be seen( about 2 to 3 hours ) and the when I get in the back to a room i spend another hour or more waiting for the doctor to come in and talk to me for 5 minutes and the pay over a hundred dollars for the visit . Maybe I should start charging a $100 for the time that i have to spend waiting on them. Then when I get home I get a text asking how was my visit? But they really don't care that people wait all day to be seen when their appointment was at 8 am and just getting see at 12 pm and their whole day is gone. You get told to call and they will send in the prescription in for you . But you have to go and have them print it off so you can get them filled because they are to lazy to send it over when you call their service. Their service tells you that they will call you and you don't get a call with in the 48 hours they are to call you back. Yes this makes me mad. I do not go to a doctor just to have them tell me I am fat! Or for them to write me a prescription just because they don't want to do their job. And I get asked the same questions every time."

"This office doesn't answer the phones, doesn't call in RX correctly or until days later, has 221-DOCS field all their calls to avoid patients was the exact words used. The 2 ladies I saw there were kind and smart. No notes are entered on Patient Portal and there's no way to send them a msg. If you don't need communication with the Dr and have all day to sit waiting to talk to someone @221-DOCS this is the office for you!"

"The staff has no idea how to keep medical records. When I call for a prescription refill, they tell me I haven't been taking the medication for 3 months, when In reality, I've been taking it for the past 3 months. Then when I call back for my next refill, they tell me that they called in a 90 day refill and I should have been out for a month. I have the bottle showing the prescription refill to be 1 month old and a 30 day supply. They wait for me to run completely out of my meds to tell me that I will have to schedule an appointment to have it refilled. This happened twice. They get my doctors visits mixed up telling me that I went in in Feb to for this particular prescription when what I went in for has absolutely nothing to do with that prescription. And that prescription was prescribed to me in November! When I try to tell them the facts, they called me a liar and the nurse likes to yell. I had to make them call the pharmacy to prove that I have been taking this daily since November and they still won't call in my prescription until I go back in for another visit. I wouldn't have a problem with that if they didn't wait for me to run completely out to tell me that. They are rude, unprofessional, and have no idea how to conduct business! I have no idea how they still have patients, I for one, found a different doctor."
