"This place is going from bad to worse. Back in November we decided to cancel ours, membership because a lot of the machines were breaking down and they were not getting fixed. I needed to takeoff from work early because they cannot cancel the account over the phone due to club policy. three months later I’m still gotta go back because they still charging me. I am the account holder, I cancel the account, but my wife and my son are getting charged as a hold account. Please make that make sense if I went in and cancel the account."

"I just joined LA Fitness. I like classes. I just notice their shower has no shower head and water pressure is very low. Sometimes I need to take shower and than go to work. It took me 20 min to be able to wash off the soap, since water pressure is so low. I think if they don’t want people use the shower they need to let people know by placing a sign. This is the Harmony location. I don’t know about other locations."

"Absolutely love this gym. The atmosphere is great. They have great & up to date equipment. They have a cool waiting/resting area. The only thing is, the sauna has been out for quite some time now."

"The gym offers excellent equipment and facilities. I have visited this facility for one year. During the year of my visit, I have noticed the visitor ethics decrease. For instance, one pair of ladies use the leg press without wearing shoes. This behavior is unacceptable. In addition, when I raid the barbells and bench press, some males stare at me and complimented my shape. This facility offers excellent potential for one to find a gay mate or lesbian mate. The facility does not offer towels. In the last week, the facilities manager has moved the more expensive core boards and mats to the LA fitness elite room, or what is called the black room. The facilities manager has replaced the black mat with cheaper mats found in older LA fitness facilities. On another note, LA fitness does not enforce the signature club level in the Houston area memberships. They allow all LA fitness members to access the signature clubs. However, they charge $5 per towel for workouts. This policy has increased the number of gym rats who visit. The gym rats occupy the benches and read their phones."

"I used to love this place and even though it's out of the way I would drive the extra mile for them. However, for the price of the membership and their lack of them servicing their products is unacceptable. Their sauna has been broken for almost half a year now and no sight in it being fixed. One of the reasons i picked this gym was because of the sauna. At this point I am going to have to venture out to other gyms. FIX THE SAUNA!"
