"I'm sick of this company. These guys came in ensuring that my insurance cover the issues I had ( we also confirmed with the insurance ourselves - it's covered.) They first never came for over a week. Tried rescheduling multiple time, and then had the audacity to say they had fixed the issue and that we were at fault for not paying them... They. Never. Fixed. The. Issue. Finally, they did come over to only leave us with a poorly inserted/ cheap facet that damage my shower walls. Poor service from the tech to the receptionist to the owner himself. Get it together guys. You're better off with a bigger well established company especially if you have home insurance. They'll try to con you from not informing the insurance correctly."

He then discovers an issue caused by the builders' plumber, no worries, Brian thought of a work around and even guided me on how to replace the handle when it arrives from Moen. Super nice guy! Ask for him and you will get to meet a terrific technician."
