"Bc the algo doesnt show negative reviews, I put 3 stars.....but this location wont get any more of my business. I paid for a factory reset I was told would fix my Samsung boot looping issue. It didnt. 2 days of wasted time, $30 wasted and my phone is now bricked bc I can't log in to it. It clearly states "unauthorized attempt to factory reset" the phone when I try to set it back up again. Blank stares.....and "well, thats a software issue...we cant help you with that" when I was clearly told this was the fix. It clearly wasn't factory reset properly as it continued to know my passcode, my google account, etc. I would be cautious believing promises on anything software related. Other than being nice people, it didnt seem to matter the lengths I wasted to deal with them. Bypass and try somewhere else next time who will treat you like a human being and leave you with better mental health."

"I tried to add memory stick for HP Z-book and take the laptop apart and have difficult to connect all cable connected to mother board. So I bring the laptop to this store and the front desk is very positive about restore the laptop to working condition. So I leave my laptop there. However, they ask me to leave the laptop there waiting for a quote. I explain I want to talk with guy who will fix the laptop to reminder he/her the parts location but all get rejected saying they did those things everyday, no need to talk. The reality is the shop is completed unfamiliar with my laptop and when they assembly it, misplace memory cover. What's more they did not connect the keyboard cable too. And during communication, they are short of necessary tool to trouble shooting laptops and diagnostic hardware. And when I ask them why after their fix, it's not working and I was just told it could be anything but they don't know. What's more, for such messy work, they take more than 1 week to make my laptop available to pick claiming the work is significant bigger than normal and still very confident to charge me fees during pickup. The eventually outcome is I bring the laptop to HP repair center and know ubreakifix did more messy thing I can image leading the laptop to trash. the business name should renamed to ubreakiDestory. If you are not familiar with the laptop, do not claim you can fix it"

"I give them 5 stars just for their honesty. Contacted 5 other locations and actually attended 2 of these appointments, and those told me I needed to replace multiple, brand new components when I knew perfectly well they had no issues, as well as a few being obtuse and rude. These guys told me straight up what the issue may most likely be, and didn't waste my time. If I ever do have an issue I cannot fix, I will be sure to actually try them out in the future."
