"The people at this shop are liars and deceivers. They create more problems just to take your money. They have multiple lawsuits and I personally know a few people that are currently disputing their charges. If you want honest repair shop to do business with, you will avoid this place. They are simply thrives disgusting as mechanics. The entire staff are all in cahoots with taking as much money from customers as possible. The sad thing is that your RV will not get fix correctly after taking your money. My advise to future potential customers is to read the real reviews, not the paid ones, and find you a decent company to do business with."

"Cypress RV told me they could get me an roof ac overnighted which was far from the truth, but to there credit they found me one in about a 2 week period. Now this roof ac is not working & I have left numerous messages & text messages with no return call at all, nothing, nota. I just don’t understand why so many RV repair services suck !!!"

"Fantastic service! Jesse did a fabulous job on my 1996 aerolite. Replaced roof and removed much water damage and replaced interior panels. Fabulous to work with. Would definitely recommend!"

"Stopped a week before Christmas because we had problems with our slide cover while travelling. We chose the place because it was close to Traders Village where we would be staying. Ben looked at our problem and said he needed to order parts. He would have an opening in his shop after the first of the year. Emailed him all kinds of info about the cover and he said he'd be on top of things. I called him several times between when we arrived and the first if the year as a follow-up. Stopped there after the first of the year and he had basically done nothing. He wasn't sure what parts he had to order. He offered to send someone over to where we we're parked to look at the situation. He then just left us standing while he went to talk to someone about renting a motorhome. Seems like renting rv's was more important. The guy never showed the next day so I told him to forget it. We weren't going to wait another 3 weeks while he did nothing. If you want to rent an RV it seems like that is the main business. If you're looking for repairs, look elsewhere."

"I'm sorry this review is so late. These Guys are Outstanding. C couple of months back, I had a bad AC Unit. It was under Warranty, and I asked if they did Warranty Work. Unfortunately, they weren't authorized for my unit. The Service Manager told me to wait a minute, and he called one of guys over. They went on my roof and pulled the cover. He took my phone, and took pictures of the damage, and told me to show them to my dealer. When they were finished, I asked what I owed him, and he said don't worry about it. My Warranty is over, so now Cypress RV Service will be my Go To for all future repairs."
