"We had a upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 10 done by Ed. What we got back is like a new computer!! Ed stayed in touch with us while he did the work. Had to upgrade the 10 year old hard drive and CPU in the process. Bottom line, for what we spent, don't think we could have purchased a new computer!! Extremely knowledgeable, friendly and all around good folks to do business with. If your having problems with you computer, don't hesitate to take it to them. You wont regret it..."

"As a Level 5 Guide - This family owned, small shop is impeccable! They reminded me of the parents I never had. We related on levels so very quickly. They knew my exact issue of EFI partition corruption of 300mb (system files) to the true C drive, Ed is diagnosing the IRQL_NOT_EQUAL_TO and I'd pay them again twice for being so down to Earth, and such well-rounded people. "When the screen on my notebook computer suddenly went out on me, I was sure a new computer was in my immediate future. Luckily I found A+ Computers nearby. They have a small store with very friendly and capable owner and employees. They readily predicted what the probable problem was, and once the spare part was delivered, the repair was done quickly, in spite of the fact that I had to discover some needed passwords that I hadn't used since getting the computer. They say patience is a virtue - Ed was very virtuous! The pricing was fair, and I would highly recommend this place is you need help with your computer."
