"100% agree with reviews stating they are no shows and impossible to get ahold of over the phone- called multiple times and left multiple voicemails after no showing. They texted us 4 hours after the missed appointment saying “their truck broke down”… similar excuse as another review…and when I wished to reschedule. No showed again and neither I nor my husband received any phone calls to reschedule. I wouldn’t waste my time- request another company through your home warranty."
