"Hands down the best service ever! Our 2011 Samsung Gas dryer stopped heating last night. I suspected it would be the heating element and while I'm not afraid of a little DIY and YouTube, when would I find the time to repair it? I searched the internet for appliance repair technicians near me. Came across On Premise, great reviews and they serviced my area. I submitted a message thru their online system and within 10-15 minutes Mr. James reached out via email, text and then followed up with a phone call. We spoke Friday afternoon around 3:45, he was at our home around 4:30 and was done by 5:20. He was very courteous and clean. "Amazing experience! The repair tech James came in evaluated my Samsung dryer issues. He rightly predicted it was a broken roller and clogged vent. Amazingly , he had the spare part with him. (I had informed them it was a Samsung dryer and so I believe he came prepared.) After he took my dryer apart and fixed the issue, he vacuumed all the debris inside and left a very clean area. "My GE washer was not draining properly and I called Premise Appliance Repair. They very attentively understood my issue and within 5 minutes their technician responded to my call. As promised the technician showed up at my door at exact time, I was astonished. To my great surprise it took him only 5-7 minutes to diagnose the problem and within 15-20 minutes he replaced my drain pump. I was too much impressed.
