"One of your drivers was texting and driving on the downtown highway today by St. Mary's st. Exit. He didn't signal while changing lanes. Two cars honked at him and then he got mad at the two cars. How unprofessional and should know better than to represent his company like that. Especially with the name BIG on the van. It was a white van and a older white van."

"300% Mark up on simple parts. Their top techs do not stick around because the way they are treated. They constantly send out techs that are basically on OJT and most of them have no clue what they are doing, this is even more so on their plumbing side. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Beyer wasn't bad years ago but they have grown to be completely dishonest and crooked."
"Steve did an excellent job of explaining each repair, answering questions, and I felt he was honest & professional. He got me additional quotes very quickly. Beyer Boys pricing is higher than it should be on some jobs, and in line in pricing on others. They do have commercials to pay for so this is to be expected. If you can afford them I would recommend using their plumbing services."
