"We left our dogs at Action Pack for two weeks while on vacation. Andreas was very professional and made sure they had all the information upon checking in. He did a great job of answering each of our questions and keeping up with all the dogs' belongings. Action Pack was very kind and attentive to our pets’ special needs. We will be very happy to leave our dogs there any time."

"I’ve taken my pooch here for many years for services such as boarding and daycare. A recent stay has made us find a new place after my dog almost died. We left her for a couple of nights and when we picked her up, her face was almost unrecognizable due to some very large mass that had grown from what the vet thought to be some sort of poisonous bite from a spider. We picked her up Sunday night and had to bring her to the ER the next morning as the mass exploded in her throat and blood was everywhere. We called action pack to raise the concern with them and why nobody noticed a massive ball that grew on her face during her stay. They were very apologetic and offered to pay the $700 vet bill which was great for us and an acceptable solution since we know mistakes happen. This was back in July and we’ve now contacted them 3-4 more times and they don’t return calls and have not taken care of the bill like they promised. It’s been very disappointing to say the least."

"My almost 2 year old dog loves Action Park. I have lodged him there since he was a pup. He attends doggie daycare as well. He loves the staff and his dog friends there. Action Pack takes great care of him and I have worry free trips and work days. I tell my dog he’s going to Action Pack and I can’t get ready fast enough. His ears perk up, he does circles, and has to sit to stare out the from window as to make sure we’re going the right way. My dog doesn’t even acknowledge me once we arrive. The staff posts photos of dogs during the day and I love seeing how fun my pup has. I enjoy the friendliness of the staff. They call out to my dog and always tell me to enjoy my day. I’ve had no problems with lodging him either. They also groom my dog and do a great job. Action Pack is a one stop shop for me and my pup. I’m glad he loves it there and your dog will too. Your dog may take a couple of days to recover from all the fun."

"They worked wonders on my pup, I don’t know what they did but they bought the best out of her what I had know From the beginning and was only hoping for. They did a great job on her grooming too. Simply terrific love them. The staff are very friendly, wonderful and extremely efficient"

"We left our three 5 month old pups at Action Pack and the staff there did an excellent job of caring for them. The staff was very observant and knew each pups likes and dislikes and their personalities, in a short amount of time. I also appreciated the staff calling us with any questions and concerns about our pups, so we could address any issues. At the end of our pups stay we had Action Pack to groom them. Our 3 little pups came home with beautiful clean coats and nice trim nails. Our pups are quite a rambunctious little group. We were very pleased with all of the services provided for this hyper and rowdy little trio. Thanks again."
