About the Business
Dogtopia of Crestview is a modern, open-play dog park located at 7301 Burnet Road in Austin, Texas. Our facility, opened in August 2019, is family-owned and led by a team of dedicated women including Anna, General Manager; Baylee, Pet Parent Relations Manager; and Paige, Operations Manager. We are proud to have been recognized for our excellence, with our Pet Parent Relations Manager winning PPRM of the Year in North America.
At Dogtopia of Crestview, we treat your furry family members as our own. Our mission is to ensure the safety and fun of all dogs in our care, providing a structured environment for socialization, exercise, and education. Our certified Canine Coaches supervise playrooms where dogs of similar size, temperament, and play style can interact and learn valuable skills.
We offer a spacious, supervised play environment where dogs can socialize, learn, and have fun. Our facility is designed with your dog's safety and comfort in mind, featuring climate-controlled playrooms and biologically safe cleaning practices. We also offer spa services for a relaxing stay.
For your peace of mind, we have webcams in every playroom so you can check in on your pup throughout the day. Our team is trained in canine behavior and safety, ensuring your dog is in capable hands at all times. Dogtopia of Crestview is also certified as a Heroes for Healthy PetsTM facility, prioritizing preventative care and disease management.
In addition to our excellent care for dogs, Dogtopia of Crestview supports the Dogtopia Foundation, funding programs such as Service Dogs for Veterans, Therapy Dogs for Students, and Employment Initiatives for Adults with Autism. "The staff at Dogtopia (Crestview) are wonderful. My dog, Bowie, didn't have to easiest start to her life so, she tends to not trust other humans right away. The staff at Dogtopia were so gentle and calm with her that she eased right in. Dogtopia has become a one-stop shop for Bowie, which is very convenient for me. They have daycare, boarding, bath services, and now grooming. Evie has groomed Bowie several times at this point and each time Bowie has gotten cuter and cuter! Evie is the best groomer I have ever used. You can tell she cares about her craft and goes above and beyond to make sure you and your pup are satisfied. "Beau started being groomed by Evie several months ago, and now I will not send him to anyone else! Evie took the time to understand exactly the haircut I was looking for - she was patient to review reference photos, my preferences and dislikes, etc. Evie does such an excellent job with Beau’s ears, in particular. Other groomers just can’t get them right but she absolutely nails it every time! Added bonus that Beau is so comfortable with Evie & the dogtopia staff. Also, the price is great! Evie is the best!!!"
