"When both of my toilets clogged up and stopped working after hours, Carlos came out very professional and determined to clear both issues for me with as little cost as possible. He spent a LONG time (well over an hour) in the freezing cold trying to clear both, but could only clear one...he would need to go on the roof during the daytime to clear out the second, but did clear up the first one so i had a toilet to use. He returned the second day with a coworker and they got the second one cleared out by being diligent and sticking with it in that same cold weather conditions. This company went above and beyond for me to ensure everything was working properly before they left."

"Great experience. Tried to replace my own outdoor hose faucet that was leaking with a 20$ diy shark bite. My lack of experience butchered the pipes. I called billy go and they were able to schedule someone to come look for a free estimate 6 hours later. Got a text 20 minutes after saying someone could come right away. The technician Keith was amazing and quick and listened to my needs and offered solutions. Even warned me about worst case and those estimated. He was able to within 2 hours of my original call to have my water back on for the original estimate and no leaks. Great company. Great prices. Great customer service , Keith was extremely knowledgeable and friendly too. Great job billy go and Keith. First time and life long customer in the same visit."
