Take your family somewhere that doesn’t have a snobby, mean owner. Gladly leaving to people who check your pets in and out with courtesy. Poor management!! (I10 and Washington location)"

"I had an amazing experience here, i got my golden doodle a full groom and he looks amazing, they did such a great job. The gentleman at the front were very pleasant. I live about 40min from this facility but it is worth it and i will definitely be back!"

"Update 12/28: I tried to give this place another chance because they seemed like they wanted to rectify the situation based on reply, so today when I called , I was told that I was no longer welcome in the business all because of my review anout giving my dogs water. I was told “that if my dogs wanted water they could go somewhere else”. I just feel like this is so disappointing especially because I have been a long time customer and was only concern about a basic right for any living being and now instead of trying to make it right they tell me they don’t care about water and to go somewhere else if that’s my concern . Now, for sure, I will never give them another chance because they are very clear with their intentions. And do not care for the well-being of your animals. What kind of business does this only because I voiced a concern for the safety of my animal So incredibly disappointed, this is how they chose to rectify the situation. Just goes to show they don’t care about my concerns and only care about money. Please anybody reading this review DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR ANIMAL!! I almost had my little dogs dehydrate and die in the care of them. I took my two small maltipoo dogs to get groomed and dropped them off at 9am then upon picking them up at 5 . I was horrified to see when we got home they were so extremely dehydrated and drinking water very fast like they hadn’t gotten water at all. So I immediately called and they informed me that yes indeed they DO NOT GIVE ANY DOG WATER while they are in the care of them Unless told other wise. This was never told to me when I dropped them off or is it posted anywhere! I just assumed they would provide them with some water because my babies are there for over 8 hours but when I lady I spoke to on the phone she said no we don’t. I couldn’t believe it! Especially because my dogs are so little they can dehydrate and die very quickly and can die! When I expressed my concern she didn’t care about my dogs or that they were extremely dehydrated or even took my concern seriously! This place definitely doesn’t care about your dogs!! so extremely disappointed!! Do better i trust you with my babies who are my children! Water is right to any living being so inhumane that they don’t give any water! What kinda place is this!!"
