"Ok so I tried this place for a second time because he’s very reasonable. First experience wasn’t the best but he attempted to fix the issue and gave my pup a complimentary bath. I was hesitant about giving him another shot but temps are heating up so decided to go with it. Upon first seeing my pups, I was extremely pleased, however I noticed my pup started to act as if something was bothering her. Upon examining her, I realized there were cuts/blood inside her ear and underneath her arm. I know mistakes happen but He should’ve notified me of this upon picking her up but he never once mentioned the cuts. That’s unacceptable! Hopefully this helps someone else."

"Everyone arrives at 8am for drop off. It is very disorganized and he takes cars out of order. I waited 30 minutes to be told he was full after taking multiple pets that arrived after mine. Organization is easy - have people line up, give numbers on arrival but don’t waste my time. Bad first impression, won’t be going back"
"Drive up curb side service is a bonus. Had two pups and a cat groomed. Excellent service."
