"Really good experience! They were excellent at communicating to find out exactly what I wanted. My dog had gone a while between grooms and I knew her coat wasn’t in great shape, they kindly called me & let me know that they would be willing to work through her mats, but we agreed a shave would be best for her. She still looks really cute, smells clean and fresh and the experience was great overall! Appreciate this place!!"

"The worst service ever … They told me over the phone, full service or $75 so I bring my dog in I give them $100 to get the change when I come back to pick it up Are they said one hour will be ready They called me after 20 minutes they just give him a shower they can’t do the rest So I asked him for the change they said there is no change I asked them for receipt they said there is no receipt I ask them for a business card no business card as well Place is very super dirty when I came in they have around my dog mouth like a plastic so he cannot open his mouth . When I get there, he was crazy to get out . And when I told him you guys don’t do anything with the hundred dollars just a shower, it’s not the full package where is the rest of the money ?? She said that’s the way to work . So now they’re still my hundred dollars they don’t do the service and I’m taking my dog somewhere else .."

"This was my first time coming to Paw Paradise. I pretty much booked here because they had a decent google review score. My dog was there for 3 days while I was on a work trip. I instructed them to not let her play with other dogs. When I picked her up, she had a gash on her leg. I called the daycare and they couldn’t tell me how she got it and did not offer any solutions. I emailed them with pictures attached and no one ever reached out to me. I had to continuously call back only for them to go back and forth with me with no solution. I will never come back here. That was my first and last time."

"I moved to Houston only a couple of months ago with my puppy and I needed to find a doggy daycare in a pinch. I LOVE this place! The staff and owner are so accommodating to my busy schedule and have gone above and beyond to be a reliable place for me to take him to daycare, board him, and groom him. They do a great job with grooming my doodle which I know can be hard with their specific costs, but he comes out looking great and they have even been able to give him medicine for me if I was going out of town. I don’t see myself taking him anywhere else as long as they are around. Very reasonably priced, friendly, transparent, trustworthy, and a great place to take your dog, especially when you have a busy on the go schedule like me!"

"Extremely Disappointed about this place, took my dog to get a haircut and she ended up tired exhausted and her hair completely messed up. People like this shouldn’t be close to animals. They only care about their money and growing their businesses. How can you do that to a helpless animal? SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!"
