"Horrible, just had a small rat issue in a rental house and they wanted to charge us 11k!!!! The guy that came was so obese he couldn’t get in the attic and asked for the pictures from the previous company and kept hounding my resident a nice older woman and was so so so rude to her!!! After reading the other reviews it makes sense that this is par for the course for these guys. Will never use! Found a great company that is dealing with our issue now and has now been given the contract to maintain our 20 other rental properties."

"Salesman nice an helpful, install was not completed properly: Insulation, vapor barrier not installed correct, underpinning caused damages to floor through home. Contacted installer before deadline an calls never returned promptly. Guy that called me today called me a liar that I had an A/C issue was past deadline an wouldn’t give me an opportunity to tell him the details an hung up on me. I am a seventy year old that has worked till retirement age an never had a company talk to me like he did. Yes I would not recommend this company from my experience. Other detail problems that we worked through during install.The job was very expensive but we did in beginning agree to pay however the siding had to be another material due to shortage."

"Do not use them for special projects. They may be good for squirrel catching but not for special projects. I hired them to build a fence around my pool equipment. They were very expensive. My instinct said to get another quote from a fence contractor but I decided not to. First time through fence was terrible. They were good in that they redid the job. Second time through was better but not great. Painting job was bad. I communicated that I would have my guy repaint the fence but they offered to do it, so I allowed them to. Their guy was not good. Had I not been home he would have painted the wrong fence. Ultimately stain job not good. Got a lot of paint on my pool deck. Also he cleaned his paint sprayer in my grass, literally spraying it on my grass. Basically killed a section of my grass. Ultimately the company tried to make things right and did give me a small refund, but I regret ever using these guys. Terrible, terrible work. I’m literally sick to my stomach for using them and not happy at all about the way the project looks. Will be hiring a fence company to fix the mess they created."

"I hired X team to fix a leak in my roof. After getting multiple quotes, they were on the higher end but all their paperwork and guarantees convinced me. Fast forward a year later (a week before the guarantee expires) and the roof starts leaking in the same spot. A lot. I give them a call and the first thing they do is try to convince me to buy an extra year of guarantee because they can’t come see the damage until the following week -after the guarantee would expire. The damage happened before that. The end up sending someone over the weekend who is not a roofer and couldn’t even get on our roof to take pictures. Said she had to send someone else because she just happened to be on call. They send someone else to take pictures and gives me a ridiculous estimate to redo the entire work. When I tell them it’s the same thing they fixed a year before they tell me they need a manager and i’d hear from them. I’ve called with no luck and they haven’t called back. I have to find a new roofer while it rained the entire week. Extremely poor service and worse workmanship. Stay away"
