"Terrible customer service. They want your credit card information and a ton of information on you/your dog. Despite all of that they will cancel or reject an appointment request at the drop of a hat and not really care. When a business does a cancelation fee they should respect and do the same for their customers by honoring appointment requests. After speaking to others I am somewhat grateful they cancelled as they do not handle animals well."
"I had the best experience with Fur Paws!! My little Cici dog was groomed perfectly within two hours and was sent photos of her spa time! Before and after photos! The staff was so nice and helpful and the price was amazing. I’m thrilled that Fur Paws was recommended to me—I’m considering their other services such as day care and training."
"I saw other reviews and decided to give this place a try. However, when I pulled up, I will admit I was a little skeptical BUT I am tremendously grateful for Fur Paws and all of their amazing employees. Granted, it may not look like much from the outside, and it may not have all the "bells and whistles" that some other doggy daycares may have, but all of that is absolutely pointless if your fur baby does not enjoy his/her time there! My boy loves, loves, loves this daycare and I am appreciative to all of the employees who show up everyday with the mindset to love and care and play with him while he is there. Their rates are some of the cheapest that I have encountered and are accompanied with the highest quality of care. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would!"
"Great first time experience at Fur Paws! Our dog seemed less anxious after picking him up. Their prices are reasonable, and I like the flexibility of dropping him off at any time on the day of his boarding reservation. Staff was very friendly and responsive to my questions and phone calls. I also liked that they returned the individual bags I used for his dog food. We plan to use FurPaws the next time we go out of town."
