"The past two times were really good. My dog was always happy to be dropped off for her bath. This last time was completely different. When I arrived to pick up my dog, she was just not the same. Her snout was bleeding from how hard the groomer muzzled her. I thought maybe ok she is strong, but definitely not large or aggressive. My dog is so friendly with everyone there. A couple days later and the skin has completely disappeared on her snout. I will not be taking her back here anymore."
