Super Paws: Dog Boarding & Daycare

"Normally, our dog is very happy here. I don’t know what happened in August/September 2023 or who the “new manager” was, but he is awful. I picked up my dog to find more than half of his portioned food left in the bag given. He complained my dog bit (which he’s never done) and gave him “demerits” or something stupid, then complained he would not leave his crate. My dog was traumatized after his stay, full of anxiety. When I called to speak to Amanda, the “manager” answered, denied starving him and continued to complain about my dog, and refused to let me speak to Amanda. I left several messages for her, which I imagine he deleted. He was self-righteous and demeaning. Even the other staff were upset by what happened and how I was treated. This person did not even seem to like animals, and shouldn’t be in charge of caring for them. The rest of the staff have been wonderful, but this one has to go. I’m standing there with the actual bags of food in our faces as he tells me he fed my dog. Ridiculous."

"These guys treat our dogs like their own! Daily updates on Instagram, good communication about everything. Our dogs get so excited when they see where they are. We've left our dogs for as long as a week, and we have used Super Paws many times. Always a good experience."

"The best boarders in Houston for your pup! I have done a few overnight/long weekend stays with Super Paws and I have recently done a full week twice this summer. Each time my pups come home happy, healthy and so clean! The staff is very welcoming and ensures our two boxers are well taken care of while I am out of town. The daily pictures update are the best! My dogs are a little too excited when I grab their collars and their beds because they know it means they are headed to Super Paws for their favorite stay-cation! Thank you Super Paws for taking great care of my hyper-energetic boxers and providing a safe, cool, and shaded place for them to play in this summer."

"We just boarded our dogs for the first time ever, and our experience at Super Paws was awesome! Our dogs had a great time, and we loved being able to keep up with them on Super Paws Instagram. Amanda and the staff were also such a pleasure to work with. We forgot to bring our dog food, added grooming on at the last minute, then ended up needing to pick our dogs up early, but everyone was so accommodating throughout it all. At the end, they gave us a goodie bag including hand-made bandanas with our dogs’ names on them. They really go the extra mile at Super Paws, and we would 1000% board with them again. :)"
