"This place is absolutely amazing!!! I made an appointment and the therapist did not show up. I was also late and Anyssa At the front desk was incredible. She helped me get with the psychiatrist instead of a therapist, which is what my son needed got me in fast. She was calm with me when I was very upset and really made me feel so comfortable being there and asking for the help that we needed when it came time to get his blood pressure she Provided him with a rice crispy treat To keep him still, so that she could get the proper reading. Excellent staff excellent place So glad we are here!!! Thank you Anyssa!!! Can’t wait to see y’all in a month!"

"This place is good. If you knew how difficult is is to have mental health funding in Texas people would be more understanding for the challenges this clinic has. They are a resources that so many people could not live without. People needs to become more understanding and patience. The staff here and doctors really try with the limited options and resources that they have. Do not be fooled by the bad reviews, healthcare is hard everywhere in the US and Texas is one of the worst states. So if you want change don’t complain and do something about it at the pools ! Call your representatives and request that mental health be a priority !"

"Had an appointment at 9. Waited in a room to do a virtual call but no one ever came in, and also why did I have to be here in person if it's virtual call?It's almost 1030. They said the computers are down and that's why she can't get on our call but she went on a call with another patient while we were in the room. The doxy screen said *available* then *on call* So it was working... but for some reason we weren't seen. I'm just going to go somewhere else."

"Today of all days.. I know it's raining and your computers are slow but you all should be taught to handle the situation more accordingly and in a better manner. Help is very so much needed when we call and asking one to call on there own behalf and call back in a hour ,etc,to schedule an appointment is not supportive. I just don't think it shows care or charisma. Maybe getting their number or calling back in order would be more appropriate or letting them know they are important and you want to get them the help they need . Nice ladies overall but not trained to handle calls professionally. Please keep in mind these patients need for us to be there for them and care talking to them on the phone for appointments, advice,or in a live setting."
