"I’ve taken my pups here before and didn’t have a bad experience. The only problem is that both of my pups together are only 15 pounds. They were dropped of Saturday morning and picked up Monday morning. I left them with an AMPLE amount of food (about a gallon) never thinking that they’d get through the whole gallon. I was called and told they were not eating much so i gave permission for Parmesan to be added. When i picked them up, they had less than a quarter cup of food left….When I called, I was told that they accidentally over fed them and each time my pups didn’t finish their bowl of dried food, they threw it out and set out a fresh scoop. My dogs would have finished that jar in a week. Not any sooner. There was no way they could have eaten as much as they did. The only thing that Houston bark park could do was give me 10 dollars towards my next visit…..they will not be returning. Not after i paid nearly 200$ for this."
"Applied to be the dog bather didn't realize I'd be doing OTHER folks job for them. I only stayed because I liked the groomer Aimme.. they have a high turn over ratio for a reason I see now..."
"My Gigi loves going here and it’s always so tired coming home, like a toddler coming home from daycare… she has the time of her life here!! I love getting to watch from the cameras and see the fun she is having. The staff here are phenomenal and so caring. I would only trust Houston Bark Park with my dog for daycare and boarding."

"I have one happy puppy everyday when I get him from daycare here! He gets to play with all the other dogs, play outside and chill out on the furniture. They even have couches for them! It is a great peace of mind being able to check on him at work with the cameras they have there! The staff obviously loves animals and they’re so friendly and helpful. I’m picky with my dogs feeding and they listen and follows requests without any hesitation. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a loving awesome place to care for your pets!"
