"I have had to change my review. I used to give it 5 stars under the old management. Since the change it is totally different experience. The energy is so nervous and negative which makes the dogs react that way. We will never be going back. The only silver lining is that I found The Oaks Dog Ranch because of my most recent experience at Camp Bow Wow. The Ranch is incredible. Actual career dog trainers are playing and interacting with the dogs on the ranch, not just hourly employees like ant bow wow. The dogs are playing outside with tons of shade and pools to keep cool in the summer as opposed to inside on concrete at bow wow. Save yourself the frustration and don’t bother with Camp Bow Wow, your dog will thank you!"
"Camp bow Wow in Cypress is a great camp for dogs. I’ve been my taking my dog there for years and just love it. My dog runs in all excited so I know they treat her very well. Highly recommended for daycare, boarding and baths!!"
"I like that I'm able to bring my dog in for socialization with other dogs. My girl is just over a year old and gives her something to do while I'm working all day and can't play as often. When she comes home, she'd tuckered out for a day or two. As for services, like being able to have her bathed sometimes before I pick her up. I like the pet cams, although I wish the cameras had better fields of vision. Sometimes I loose track of my dog when she's just outside of camera range."
"The best place to take your pups! The staff is wonderful and sent pictures daily of my two pups while my husband and I were out of the country for two weeks. With how thorough the staff was during our initial drop off, I knew they would be in good hands! You just can’t beat the level of care and value you get here. The groomer also made our dogs gorgeous before we picked them up! 10/10 from us and my fur babies will definitely be coming back."
"Camp Bow Wow is a great facility for doggy day care, boarding, and grooming. They have enrichments that have helped our pups exercise their minds. They have seasonal pictures and holiday enrichments. We love the cameras, so that we can watch them play with other dogs and the Camp Counsler. Their boarding suites are awesome too. It has a camera to continue watching them overnight. You can tell the Camp Counselors love dogs and take care of them. We would highly recommend Camp Bow Wow!"
