"Unfortunately, I have been without a vehicle since early May and it has yet to be returned to me. The repair shop estimated a month and a half for the necessary repairs due to damage, but I have had to call them multiple times for updates as they did not reach out to me. Recently, the collision consultant informed me that I would have my vehicle back no later than August 8th. However, I contacted them to arrange pickup, I was informed that there is still pending work that needs to be completed on my vehicle."

"Technicians at this place sucks. They need 48-72 hour just to inspect the vehicle. I dropped off my car couple of times as the check engine light popped up. They took 3 days to fix the minor problem and the engine light popped up again after couple of days. I dropped off the car again and 48 hours have been passed and still they failed to provide me with any sort of detail about the vehicle. I called them multiple times to check status of my vehicle but still it’s same answer that we will update u shortly and still nobody updates anything."
