"Very knowledgeable and efficient! I needed a new battery for my iPhone and it took less than ten minutes for the young man to remove the old and install the new battery. He also explained how to best care for the battery to get maximum battery life. He was congenial and helpful, very nice."
"You could not have asked for better service. I came into the store about 15 minutes before my appointment thinking I would just drop off the phone and come back in a hour. I was ask if I had about 10 minutes to wait and he would have the battery replaced. Great Job and thank you."
"Brought my phone in for screen repair. They told me it will be rady at after 2 hours. My wife went to pic it up at exactly 2 hours later. Well wasn‘t ready yet. After another two hours she went again, then they told her the phone went dead all of a sudden. They offered to organize a replacement, not a new one just a replacement. Second they now; I am still waiting. Haven’t heard back, so I called them again. I am promised to get it tonight or tomorrow. I hope for the best. If they tent to burn their customers phones, shouldn‘t they have replacements in stock?"
"I highly recommend this for phone screen repairs (and probably all other services they provide). I made an appointment online and could have gotten in in just an hour if I wanted/needed to. Once I arrived for the appointment, I was helped right away. All of the staff were kind, knowledgeable, and they work quickly. I left for the 45 minutes it took them to replace my shattered screen and the back camera lens and then to place a new screen protector on. There were customers ahead of me when I returned but I waited less than 5 minutes before I was helped again and my repaired phone, that looked good as new, was in my hands the next minute. The price was great, especially for the 3 things I had done. Awesome place!"
"I'm pleased that they were able to replace my iPhone 6 battery the morning after it went out completely. They also checked the charger port to ensure that it was working correctly. Plus I liked the $10 coupon for scheduling the repair online. I took it in at 11:45, went to lunch, and phone was all ready when I returned. Staff were friendly and professional and super helpful."
