"Excellent communication and service!!! The work was exceptional. I bought a used car for my daughter and on the way home it started acting like it was in limp mode. Next test drove it kicked the bucket! The Pit Stop was honest about what was wrong and needed to be fixed and checked in with what I wanted to be done or not. Cost of the repairs was better than what I thought it would be especially with a German little car. They were spot on with the timeline of getting the parts and repairs. They even warranty the parts. Beep Beep now runs great and has cold air. Very Happy!!!"

"I brought my car in for a/c repair and battery repair. They fixed both of the issues but my driver side window button is now broken and it wasn't broken when I brought it in. I asked them in person if they knew what happened to it and the guy who was fixing my car said he only rolled up the window so it couldn't have been them who broke it. They then gave me a quote to fix their mistake by offering to charge me over 400 dollars. Having someone lie to your face is not a good business practice neither is lacking the respect to admit your mistake."
