"Just purchased our new 2024 Cadillac Escalade from Jerry’s Cadillac at Weatherford Tx. This is our third Cadillac purchase from Jerry’s. We continue to go back for new Cadillac at Jerry’s. Mainly due to the great customer service during and after the sale. My last Cadillac purchase had been in Jan 2018. As I expected some new faces that I had not had the pleasure to deal with. Hunter Jennings our sales person that worked with us on the process on ordering our new vehicle. He was very professional and kept us informed on updates on Escalade order. Hunter & James Ramsey there Technology advisor. Both were very thorough and detailed on going over the operation of our new Escalade. I called Jerry’s after Christmas 23 on a Saturday by my surprise, the person that answered the phone at the Cadillac dealership was Manager Brit Huber. I was inquiring on ordering a new Escalade. At that time Brit told me, since we’re at the Holidays it may taking a little longer to receive this vehicle in the range of 6 to 8 weeks. Brit said he would have one if his best sales persons call me on Monday. Hunter called back on Monday I ordered our new Escalade Hunter also gave me the same time range. I thought to my self this will never happen in 8 weeks. All other Dealerships said a minimum of 3 to 4 months. By my surprise our new Cadillac was at the Jerry’s Cadillac 7 weeks from the time I had ordered. As I said Earlier some new faces but still the same great service. This is why we continue to go back to Jerry’s for all of our Vehicle purchases. Thanks to Everyone at Jerry’s Cadillac. Don & Mary Loving Granbury Tx"

"Excellent customer service. I must give a huge shout out to Kathy Beamer (sp last name?). She went out of her way to ensure we had an excellent loaner which my 6'3" husband would fit in comfortably. She also called us several times to update us on the progress of our repair."

"Had my wheels on my XT6 powder coated and Jerry's did a fantastic job. I was especially happy with the final produict and it only took two days to get the process completed. Connor and Juan are the best!"

"Update: I spoke to their management and they did nothing to remedy the issue. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I paid $580 to have a 60,000 mile maintenance done. I drove out of their service center and at the first gas station I stopped at, my car broke down. I got someone to help me jump the battery. Took it to Auto Zone and they said my battery was definitely bad, probably from poor installation. My battery is only a year old so I called Jerry's and spoke to Juan. Juan called and said that there was nothing they can do. I am so disappointed and angry. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!"
