"Great young man working at this place. I believe his name was Pyle? Not Kyle. Super friendly and helpful. A pleasure to meet. Got the truck back on the road in no time flat because, by the grace of God, they had ONE TIRE in stock (received just the day before) that fit the truck (it was 1 of the hardest sizes to find and rarely can find 1 used...) and even checked and filled all 3 other tires before allowing the driver to leave. Great customer service."

"Horrible mechanic work! The people on the phone were kind and respectful, but that was the only good thing about Cliff's. I took my bus in for 5 different things. 1. They fixed the front a/c, but said we needed to take it to an RV repair for the rear ac (my husband fixed it by connecting a wire that was clearly not making contact). 2. They said they could not replace the brakes because they were too rusty (but failed to inform me that they drained all my brake fluid out and the brakes were barely working and unsafe to drive when I picked it up. We paid another place $3k to do the job and they had no issues replacing them). 3. They said they replaced 2 belts that were making the noise we asked them to fix (but it did not fix the noise. The next mechanic replaced the pulleys- which fixed the problem, and said they could not believe another mechanic replaced the belts and not the pulleys that were obviously in bad shape). 4/5. They said they could not fix the horn or electrical problem with lights not working (again my husband found 2 wires that were disconnected and connected them, which fixed the problem in about 30 minutes). On top of all of that, after having it for over 2 weeks, they called us to come get it- we had to drive over an hour to pick it up when it was not ready. I e-mailed and sent fb messages asking for a refund of the $300 for the belts, but no response. Beware of their mechanic work!"
