"I have a rescue. Even though we have had him for a while he is still skittish around people sometimes. Pappys on Coit and Spring Creek is our go-to for his spa day. Folks here are super friendly and understanding of my fur baby’s needs. They care for him so well that he goes without a fuss. (He would shiver or whimper like when dropped off at pet smart or other dog groomers). I am so grateful for the peace of mind this place gives me!"

"The staff at this Pappy’s loves their jobs and we and our dogs love them. I trust them and admire the effort they all put into loving my doggos! These folks really care about the dogs in day care, keeping them engaged and watching interactions closely. The house visits and at home pet sitting is exceptional. We have used them for something like 15 years now and would not go anywhere else!"

"Always pleased to see the people AND the puppers at Pappy's. It's a pleasure to take my dog here for daycare. They treat him like a prince and he is always stoked to go and happy at pickup. They even spray some doggy cologne on him at the end of the day to help with the smelly dog smells from the others. What a gem of a doggy daycare!"

"Good place to get your pup’s energy drained out. Wish they could have outdoor space too. —- Unfortunately, I have to update my review. My dog was recently injured by another dog during day care with a designated attendant onsite. They did bring my dog to vet and get all the medicine afterwards, but from DIFFERENT vets. I don’t know what they told my vet during the first visit, but my vet was referring the wound as a ‘cut’, not nip or bite. So no medication or e-cone was provided. I don’t know who to blame here, maybe pappys didn’t tell the truth to my vet, or my vet was lying to me for liability reasons. I saw he has a copy of some kind of agreement from pappys in follow-up visit. Without the cone, a dog would easily and naturally lick the wounded area. Without antibiotics, infections could develop so quickly and badly. I highly doubt that, as a professional pet care facility, the staff would be of such limited amount of knowledge on handling this kind of incident? I’m not trying to set a high bar here, but those seems to be common sense even to first time dog owner like myself. So when Pappy’s realized that the ‘cut’ started looking so bad that it would look ugly when I pick my dog up, they decided to took my dog to another vet the next day evening, after almost TWO DAYS. And my dog got a cone and the medications FINALLY. The front desk was friendly and helpful giving the instructions and all while we picking up my dog, not out of guilt I hope. She mentioned pappy’s should reimburse for future expenses if the wound looks worse, and the manager Mallory would reach out to us regarding this to provide the information we requested. And she didn’t not. After 2 days, I’ve reached out request disclosure of the video footage, vaccine record and vet bills. We were on the same page that this is an accident. However, Mallory refused to pay any follow-up appointment vet bills, which is unacceptable and ridiculous as they don’t even respect what they said to me in the face. To me, what they did for my dog was somewhat acceptable. But definitely there’s room to improve. And the fact that they refused to pay the follow up appointment bills is of no sense. And Mallory replied my email in a condescending way every single time. Maybe she thought we were trying to rip them off from this?? Like we wish our dog got hurt so that we got money? All I want now is that my dog be away from you people. We visited the vet, and my dog was trying to hug me as he was nervous and vulnerable. And it just occurred to me that he actually does the same thing at Pappy’s every time I drop him off at Pappys. I feel so bad for my dog I actually let pappy’s take my dog. Good luck to whoever brings your dog here."
