"Before entrusting your dog to Camp Bow Wow in Flower Mound, it's crucial to consider several significant concerns. This facility suffers from severe overcrowding, confining numerous dogs into cramped spaces. This environment can easily foster aggressive behavior in dogs and escalate the rapid transmission of diseases due to close proximity. For owners with high-energy dogs seeking ample play opportunities, this establishment might not be suitable. The limited space and overcrowding restrict the chances for energetic dogs to play freely and comfortably. One of the most concerning issues I encountered was the constant influx of new, untrained, and unsocialized dogs. This continuous introduction of unfamiliar dogs significantly heightens the likelihood of altercations. Regrettably, in such situations, if your dog responds defensively, the daycare shifts blame onto the owner, which is unjust and concerning. Despite maintaining Camp Bow Wow as a backup option, I've opted to switch to another daycare where my dog is noticeably happier and receives better care. The contrast in my dog's demeanor and happiness at the new daycare emphasizes the stark differences in quality and environment between the two facilities."

"I was genuinely impressed with Camp Bow Wow FM. After a less-than-ideal experience at a different location, I was a bit hesitant to try another one. However, I'm thrilled that I did! The staff were incredibly helpful, attentive, and kind. Every time I checked the cameras, I saw Coco receiving love from the staff or enthusiastically playing. "Camp Bow Wow go above and beyond the call of duty when it comes to making our dogs happy. We have been going there almost from the opening and when one of our dogs (Nikki) passed away, they sent flowers and a card with everyone's thoughts on what they loved about Nikki. It was so thoughtful. Also, they went out of their way to give Snow (Our remaining dog) special attention when she came without Nikki, which I felt was going to be a hard transition for her. Camp Bow Wow is wonderful and I love to be able to check on Snow during our vacations."

"My pup loves coming here for day camp and for overnights! They have an orientation which I think is great as they assess your dogs behavior with others and I can be comfortable knowing my dog is safe with the other dogs. They always greet her so warmly and I love watching her play on the cameras. It can get pricey when you’re on vacation for a week, but I think it is money well spent for her well-being and my peace of mind. They also offer grooming which I love. 10/10 recommend!!"
