"Doesn't answer their phone and doesn't put you on hold to speak to someone. Also submitted a request for refill last sunday that they said they'd request from my doctor but it seems they never even reached out. Update: turns out their automated system will say its sending a request but doesn't, it's ridiculous how difficult they make it for people just to get what they're prescribed."
