"Worse experience ever at a pharmacy. I guess the pharmacist cannot do two things at once, I had already paid and had to wait 10 minutes for her to scan my medication, she was on the phone and ignored the fellow pharmacy employee that was trying to help me."

"An absolute nasty attitude from this two workers, Linda and Melinda they shouldn’t be dealing with medication is very dangerous they are nasty, ugly and very unprofessional. Tried to explain my situation they muted me they didn’t listen oh my it just make me sick to my stomach they need to be una very different place when health and medication is not involved."

"I’ve always used Kroger pharmacies and had great experiences. However, this is without a doubt the WORST pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. You can never get through to speak with someone on the phone - they will pickup and place you on hold without saying anything and then leave you on hold until it automatically disconnects you. Despite ordering medication refills on the app, the pharmacy will push the pickup date/time further out than what you chose on the app, and unless you call and request a ‘priority’ refill, they will not fill it in a reasonable timeframe. You literally have to call to get something done but then you can’t get through on the phone. If you miraculously get to speak with someone, they always use the excuse that they’re really busy or have a bad attitude. Avoid this pharmacy, if possible. If they do decide to fill your prescription the same day, expect to wait until right before they close to pickup. They take hours and hours to fill prescriptions. The staff is inconsiderate and unprofessional."

"I’m not sure why there is such a low rating for this pharmacy. I take 7 daily meds and have lived in 4 states in last 5 years, using different pharmacy chains in each one. So I’ve had a LOT of experience dealing with pharmacies. The staff at this Kroger location has always been professional, helpful and prompt in filling my prescriptions and communicating with my doctor and me. They’ve also been instrumental in helping me get the best prices available …. Significantly lower than I paid at my previous pharmacies. Their associates who interact with me in person and on the phone are absolutely delightful, patient and friendly. And they’ve never been out of stock on any of my meds, a common problem at other pharmacies. Give them a try yourself and make up your own mind!"

"I was sad to see the reviews under this particular Kroger. I have been going to this Kroger Pharmacy for 31 years. I know with Covid that staffing has taken a hit at this location. I feel for the past customers that have left reviews because when you NEED your prescription you don't want the run around. All I can do is relay my experience and gratitude to Dena and her staff. Mike use to be at this location too but has moved over to the 3040 location in Flower Mound. Both managers have always been very helpful and I feel lucky to have known them both for all these years. They have always taken great care of me and my families needs."
