"The tension on my machine was not right. I took it to N 10th in McAllen. Sadly the lady would not listen to me, so the tension was the same when I left, with a new needle. Today I took to Mr. Lopez. He looked at my sample sewing & knew immediately what was wrong. I had the bobbin thread wrong. Mr. Lopez fixed immediately. He was very professional & a very nice gentleman. He will see me again if my sewing machine needs serviced. He would not charge me, he made my day, so I left a tip."
