"I paid extra for a genuine iPhone screen replacement. First time I returned to pick up my phone they gave it back to me with a scratched screen and told me to return a few days later when the new screens would be available. I returned as requested and received the twice repaired phone, only to turn it on later and after a software update of the operating system to find out it was replaced with a non genuine apple part. I attempted to resolve with the business but received no response. I am now left with a permanent notification on my settings screen alerting me that the screen is a cheap knockoff, not allowing me to resell that phone in the future, unless I spend another $270 to replace it yet again with a genuine screen. BEWARE!"
"large store with helpful staff. Came in for a new screen protector. Was in and out in 20 mins with them removing the damaged one cleaning the screen and installing the new one. All that and the price was only 16 dollars. Can't beat that price at all. Store inside is clean and maintained but the only drawback seems to be that they are focused on repairs as there are only screen protectors and cases on the shelves for sale don't have any used phones on display for sale. So if you're looking to buy a cheap used phone this is probably not your spot. If you're looking for a repair this seems to be a good place."
"The job did not come through but courtesy was established. My screen was replaced with a nonfunctional screen. I had to return it for a refund but the employee did try to fix it. In the end, he was courteous yet unable to fix my screen and gave me my money back. They can't all be winners."
