"I first took my computer to some guy named Tony in donna saying he would certify it and everything. When I got it back from him it was not activated, but it had the windows 10 software. I took it back to him, and he said he would charge more to activate it. What a liar. I took it to these guys in la plaza mall. Juan sounded fishy over the phone because when I took it both times there he never showed up. Only his coworkers were there before and after the computer got upgraded. They did a great job. It looks like a brand new windows 10 or 11 computer straight out of best buy even though it's a windows 7. Great job and it was worth the wait."
