"I AM a fan of the Sam's Club and utilize the app n curbside when shopping but was alittle bothered that when guys that work outside called in today for superbowl Sunday..NO ONE helped the one guy that closed to clear the whole lot..NO ONE helped..but you had a couple inside workers in their car for about 15mins before they went back in the store to clock out I'm sure.. but they are asked to help restock inside on occasion. I feel that is a double standard of treatment when all those young people do a great job on recovering those carts that we leave everywhere on the lot."
"Enjoy going to Sam's most locations, but the W Florissant store has always been a letdown. The young people hired there always seemed to be angry or on their phones, which made for an unpleasant experience. However, on this visit, I was pleasantly surprised by a kind and helpful young man who offered his assistance in placing my case of water into my car."
"Half of the employees can help you find items, and half can only point and reroute you multiple without you ever finding the item you’re looking for. Also, they rarely answer the phone here. The bakery staff are all great! My son is turning 13 and every single one of his cakes came from here. However, waiting in line to check myself out, only to wait in another line of 12 people at the door, so that they can check and make sure I did it correctly… is absolutely the worst."
