Then at 10:56 am I get a random, nearly incomprehensible text from someone (who turned out to be John) asking for some odd information about the house/water heater. I texted back with him for 3-4 messages and then he was just gone. I called and he never answered. I called the company and was told "yeah, John's not very good at communication..." No one ever showed up and my advice is to STAY AWAY, FAR, FAR, AWAY FROM THIS "BUSINESS"."
